The Alfa Romeo 2600 (Tipo 106) is a large car produced in Italy between 1962 and 1968 as the company’s flagship model and replacement for the 2000. It was sold as a 4-door saloon, 2-door convertible and coupe with rear-wheel drive and a front-mounted engine. It was introduced to the public at the 1962 Geneva Motor Show. It is historically significant as it is the last Alfa Romeo car to be equipped with an inline six-cylinder engine with twin camshafts in the head.

It was powered by a 2.6-litre I6 engine with 130 hp (96 kW) to 165 hp (121 kW), depending on the version. This was mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox which, combined with the most powerful engine, allowed it to reach speeds of up to 215 km/h (155 mph). In total, just over 11,000 examples were produced.
