The Ferrari Daytona is a 2-seater grand tourer produced between 1968 and 1973. It was sold as a berlinetta (1968 – 1973) and spider (1971 – 1973) with rear-wheel drive and a front-middle mounted engine. It was introduced at the 1968 Paris Motor Show as a replacement for the 275 GTB/4.

The name Daytona is an unofficial name used by the media to commemorate Ferrari’s win (first, second and third place) in the 24 Hours of Daytona race held in February 1967. The car was powered by a 4.4-litre V12 engine producing 347 hp (259 kW), mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox. This allowed it to reach speeds of 280 km/h (280 mph) and accelerate from 0 to 97 km/h (62 mph) in 5.4 s. In total, just over 1,400 examples were produced, and it was replaced by the 365 GT4 Berlinetta Boxer.
