Alfa Romeo 6C is the name used on road, racing and sports cars produced in Italy (Milan) between 1927 and 1954. The name “6C” refers to the 6-cylinder in-line engine.The car was first introduced to the public at the 1925 Milan Motor Showas a successor to the RM withrear-wheel drive andfront-mounted engine. It was based on the P2 Grand Prix and was powered by a 1.5-litre I6 engine with 44 hp (32 kW).

In 1929, the more powerful 6C 1750 was introduced in Rome, which was produced in 6 series until 1933. It was sold as a 4-door saloon andtorpedo, a 2-door convertible andspider. It was powered by a 1.7-liter I6 engine withor without a supercharger, mated to a 4-speed manual transmission. In total, just over 2,500 examples were produced.
