The Rolls-Royce Phantom II is a luxury car manufactured in England (Derby) between 1929 and 1935. It was the third and last Rolls-Royce 40/50 horsepower model, replacing the New Phantom in 1929. Its engine was located at the front, with power transferred to the rear axle via an open driveshaft.
The car was powered by a 7.7-litre I6 engine, mated to a 4-speed manual gearbox. In 1932, synchromesh was added to third and fourth gears, and in 1935 to second gear. In total, more than 1,600 examples were produced.
