The Lancia Aurelia is an automobile produced by the Italian manufacturer Lancia between 1950 and 1958 in six series. It was sold as a 4-door saloon, 2-door coupe, roadster and convertible with rear-wheel drive and a front-mounted engine. It is one of the first mass-produced cars with a V6 engine. It was named after the Roman road “Via Aurelia”, which runs from Rome to the city of Pisa. In total, more than 18,000 examples were produced.
The Lancia Aurelia convertible (B24) was produced from 1956 and was mechanically based on the 5-series Aurelia B20. It was powered by a 2.5-litre V6 engine with 112 hp (84 kW). In total, only 521 examples of the Aurelia convertible were produced.
