The Ferrari 365 GTC/4 is a grand tourer produced in Italy in 1971 – 1972, based on the Ferrari 365 GTB/4 (Daytona) chassis. It was sold as a 2+2 coupe with rear-wheel drive and the engine located in the front. Its chassis and drivetrain was later used without any significant modifications in the following 365 GT4 2+2 model. A total of 505 examples were produced.

 The car was fitted with power steering, electric windows and air conditioning as standard. The cabin was upholstered in mixed leather and tartan fabric, with the option of full leather upholstery. There was also a choice of 48 factory paint colours. The GTC/4 was powered by a 4.4-liter aluminum alloy V12 engine with 335 horsepower (250 kW), mated to a 5-speed manual transmission.
