The Lamborghini Miura was a sports car produced from 1966-1983. It was the first supercar with a mid-rear engine. This layout has since become the standard for high-performance supercars. When it was launched, it was the fastest mass-produced road car. In total, only 764 units were produced. It was sold as a 2-door coupe with rear-wheel drive. It was powered by a 4-litre V12 engine with 345 hp (257 kW) at the base, which was mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox.
