The Sunbeam Tiger is a sports car produced in England in 1964-67 in two versions. It was sold as a high-performance version of the Sunbeam Alpine, in the style of a 2-door roadster with rear-wheel drive and the engine mounted in the front. In total, more than 7,000 examples were produced.
The first version was produced in between 1964 and 1967 and was powered by a 4.3-litre V8 engine with 164 hp (122 kW), which enabled it to reach a speed of 190 km/h (190 mph). A second version, of which only 663 examples were produced, was produced in 1967 and was powered by a 4.7-litre V8 engine. The engines were mated to a 4-speed manual transmission.
