The AC Frua (AC 428) is a British sports car produced by AC Cars between 1965 and 1973. It was sold as a coupe and convertible. A total of 81 examples were produced of which 49 were coupes, 29 convertibles and 3 examples with special bodywork.

The car was built on a modified chassis of the third-generation Cobra 427. The cost of its production was prohibitive due to the transportation to Italy where the bodywork was assembled. This caused the model to never be fully developed as funding was lacking. The Frua was powered by a 7-litre V8 engine producing 345 hp (257 kW) or 385 hp (287 kW), which was mated to a 4-speed manual or 3-speed automatic transmission.
