The Lancia Flaminia is a luxury car produced in the years 1957-1970 as the company’s flagship model. It was sold as a 4-door sedan, 2-door coupe and convertible with rear-wheel drive and a front-mounted engine. Initially powered by a 2.5-litre V6 engine, the engine capacity was later increased to 2.8 litres. The engines were mated to a 4-speed manual transmission. Over 13 years, 12 633 units have been sold.
In 1964, the Lancia Flaminia Super Sport was replaced by the Flaminia Sport. It was powered by a 2.8-litre engine with 150 hp (112 kW). By 1967, 150 super sports were produced.
