The Chevrolet Corvette C2 is a second-generation sports car produced in the United States from 1963 to 1967. It was sold as a 2-door coupe and convertible with rear-wheel drive and the engine located in the front center.
The 1963 model had a new design and better handling. It was powered by a 5.4-litre V8 engine with 250 hp (186 kW) in base form, but modified versions with 300, 340 and 360 hp were also available. The car was available with optional air conditioning, leather upholstery and power brakes and steering. A total of 21 513 examples were to be produced in the 1963 model year.
