This car was introduced at the 1964 Brussels Motor Show, replacing the 330 America and 250 GT/E. It has a 2-door coupe body designed by Pininfarina. It differs from its predecessors with sharper body styling, four front lights and a wide grille. Under its bonnet is an atmospheric 4-litre V12 engine, which drives the rear wheels thanks to a 4-speed manual gearbox with quick shifter. The manufacturer claims a power output of 300 hp and a top speed of 245 km/h.
