In Germany in the 30. for years they needed a simple and cheap car that could be mass-produced, and that would fill the country’s new road network. And that’s how this car came to be:
Volkswagen Beetle – a two-door car with a rear engine that was produced for an incredible 65 years (1938-2003). This 1978 Super Beetle convertible is powered by an air-cooled 1.6-litre flat-four cylinder with a factory Bosch L-Jetronic fuel injection system. The engine is paired with a 4-speed manual transmission. The car has black vinyl upholstery and features steel wheels with chrome wheel covers and a black soft top.
