Welcome to Classic Cars Kingdom, operated by Navizoo. These terms of use set out the rules and regulations for the use of our eShop where we sell t-shirts through Printify.

2. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using this eShop, you accept and agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree to any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use our eShop.

3. Products & Services Classic Cars Kingdom offers a variety of t-shirts with designs related to classic cars. All products are manufactured and distributed by Printify. The product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly due to the manufacturing process.

4. Orders

• Order Process:After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion.
• Payment: Payment must be made at the time of order. We accept various payment methods as indicated during the checkout process.
• Prices: prices are subject to change without notice. The price in effect at the time of purchase is the price that will be charged.

5. Delivery and Delivery

• Delivery:We offer different delivery options which will be displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen delivery method.
• Delivery:All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or other factors beyond our control.

6. Returns and refunds

• Returns:If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.
• Refunds:Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item. The credit will be credited to the original payment method.
• Exceptions: customised items cannot be returned or refunded unless there is an error in the product.

7. Intellectual Property All content on our eShop, including designs, logos and images, is the intellectual property of Navizoo or our licensors. Unauthorized use of any content is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability Navizoo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use our eShop or products.

10. Governing Law These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Slovak Republic.
