The Rolls-Royce Phantom is a luxury automobile produced in England and the US in 1925 – 1931 as a replacement for the original Silver Ghost. It was sold as a 4-door saloon with rear-wheel drive and the engine located in the front. It was introduced in 1925 with a larger engine and overhead valves.

The New Phantom was powered by a 7.7-litre I6 engine that was mated to a 3 or 4-speed manual transmission. The car was never officially designated as the Phantom I. It was given this name by enthusiasts who wanted to separate it from other generations. A total of 3,512 examples were produced.
