The Aston Martin V8 Vantage is a British grand tourer and a more powerful version of the Aston Martin V8. It was introduced in 1977 as Britain’s first supercar and could reach speeds of 270 km/h. It was produced until 1989 and a total of 534 units were produced. It was available as a 2-door coupe or convertible. It shared an engine with the Lagonde, but in a modified version. The engine had a displacement of 5.3 or 6.3 litres with output of 390-450 hp (291-336 kW). It could accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in about 5.5 seconds.
