The Porsche 930 (911 Turbo) is a sports car produced in West Germany (Stuttgart, Zuffenhausen) between 1975 and 1989. It was sold as a 2-door coupe, targa and convertible with rear-wheel drive and a rear-mounted engine. It was the top-of-the-line version of the 911 throughout its production run and also the fastest mass-produced car in Germany. A total of 21 589 examples were produced.

The 930 was powered by a 3.0-litre air-cooled flat-six cylinder with 256 hp (221 kW) until 1977, and 2,819 examples of this version were produced. From 1977 it was powered by a 3.3-litre, also air-cooled, flat-6 cylinder with 296 hp (191 kW), and 18 770 examples were produced. The engines were mated to a 4 or 5-speed manual transmission. From 1983, a 325 hp (243 kW) engine was also available to order.
