The Lancia Delta HF is a Group A rally car, built for Martini Lancia to compete in the World Rally Championship. It is based on the Lancia Delta road car and replaced the Lancia Delta S4. The car was introduced in 1987 and dominated the WRC until 1992. In total, he scored 46 victories and won the Constructors’ Council 6 times, making Lancia the most successful marque in WRC history and Delta the most successful car. The car was powered by a front-mounted 2-litre inline 4-cylinder engine mated to a 5 or 6-speed manual gearbox.
