The Maserati A6G/54 is one of the most significant Italian sports cars of the postwar era. The model built on the brand’s successes in motorsports and combined racing technology with an elegant body designed for everyday driving. Only 60 vehicles were produced in total, and just 21 of them were fitted with a body by the Turin-based company Allemano, making them some of the rarest classic Maseratis.
Under the hood is a 2.0-liter inline-six engine with twin camshafts, dual ignition, and three Weber carburetors, producing approximately 150 koní. The engine, developed from Maserati racing engines, was paired with a 4-speed manual transmission and enabled a top speed of around 210 km/h—an exceptionally impressive figure for the mid-1950s.
