The Ferrari 250 series is one of the most iconic models in the brand’s history. It was produced in various versions during the late 50s. and early 1960s and includes some of the most legendary cars ever – including the 250 GTO.

Under the bonnet is the 3.0-litre V12 Colombo engine that has been the basis for several variants of this series. Power output ranged from approximately 240 to 300 horsepower depending on the particular version.

The design is still considered one of the most beautiful in automotive history – the long bonnet, short rear end and flowing, aerodynamic lines create a timeless look.

This particular piece has red paintwork, classic wire wheels and distinctive body detailing that alludes to its sporty character. Also typical are the side vents and the low silhouette, which is reminiscent of the racing cars of the time.

The Ferrari 250 is also one of the rarest models – for example, the particular 250 GTO version was only produced in 36 examples, which significantly affects its value on the market.
