The Jensen FF is a grand tourer produced by Jensen Motors in England (West Bromwich) between 1966 and 1971. It was sold as a 3-door, 4-seater hatchback with the engine mounted at the front. It was the first non-engineered mass-produced car to be equipped with four-wheel drive and anti-lock braking. The company’s use of four-wheel drive in a passenger car predated the Audi Quattro by 14 years.
The car was powered by Chrysler’s 6.3-litre V8 engine, mated to a 3-speed automatic transmission. The letters in the name stand for Ferguson Formula. Basic equipment included front seat belts, a tachometer, and map pockets. Only 320 examples were produced in total.
