The Veritas RS is a sports car based on the BMW 328 and produced by the German company Veritas between 1948 and 1950. It participated in five World Championship Grand Prix, namely: the Swiss Grand Prix (1952), the Belgian Grand Prix (1952), the German Grand Prix (1952), the Belgian Grand Prix (1953) and the German Grand Prix (1953). He also competed in Formula 1, where his best result was 7th place in the German Grand Prix (1952).

The car was fully completed and ready for sale in 1949, but due to poor financial management, production was discontinued in 1950. It was powered by a 2-litre engine producing 125 hp (93 kW) and up to 135 hp (101 kW) on some models.
