The car was powered by a 1.5-litre I4 engine with 48 hp (36 kW), mated to a 3-speed manual gearbox. In 1952, the power was increased to 52 hp (39 kW), and in 1952 the sports convertible version was powered by a 66 hp (49 kW) engine.
