The Maserati Mistral is a grand tourer produced between 1963 and 1970. It was designed by Italian designer Pietro Frua, as a replacement for the 3500 GT. It was sold as a 2-door spyder and a coupe with rear-wheel drive and the engine located in the front. It was named after the cold north wind from the south of France making it the first in a series of classic Maseratis with such symbolism.

The car will be available with 3.5-; 3.7-; and 4-liter I6 engines with outputs that ranged from 235 horsepower (125 kW) to 265 horsepower (198 kW). The engines were mated to a 5-speed manual transmission. In total, only 953 examples were produced, of which 828 were in the coupe version and 125 in the Spyder version.
