The Mercedes-Benz W21 is a mid-size luxury car produced in Germany (Stuttgart) between 1933 and 1936 as a replacement for the W 02. It was sold as a 4-door saloon, 2-door convertible, 4-door limousine and 6-seater landaulet with rear-wheel drive and front-mounted engine. It was one of several Mercedes-Benz models known in its day as the Mercedes-Benz 200.

The car was powered by a 2-litre I6 engine with 39 hp (29 kW), mated to a 4-speed manual gearbox. This allowed it to reach speeds of around 95 km/h (95 mph). During the last year of production, a more powerful 2.2-litre, 54 hp (40 kW) engine was made available. In total, more than 15,000 examples were produced.
