The Bentley Eight is a full-size luxury car produced in the United Kingdom from 1984 to 1992 as the company’s “entry-level” offering. It was sold as a 4-door saloon with rear-wheel drive and a front-mounted engine. Visually, it could be distinguished by a radiator with a wire grille instead of vertical slats, and had slightly less equipment than the similar Mulsanne on which it was based.

The car was powered by a 6.75-litre V8 engine, mated to a 3-speed and from 1992 a 4-speed aic transmission. In 1986, the car received fuel injection and an ABS system. In 1987 leather upholstery and power seats, and in 1990 aic ground clearance adjustment. A total of 1,736 examples were produced.
