The Lamborghini 400 GT is the name of two grand tourers produced in Italy between 1966 and 1968. They were sold as 2-door coupes with rear-wheel drive and a front-mounted engine. The first 400 GT was essentially an older 350 GT model with a larger, 4-liter V12 engine with 320 hp (235 kW). Only 23 examples of this version were produced in total.

The second version, known as the 400 GT 2+2, was first presented to the public at the 1966 Geneva Motor Show . It had a steel body, a different roofline and larger side windows. The car was powered by the same engine as the previous version, mated to a 5-speed manual transmission. A total of 247 examples were produced.
